Lots of people just love the summer. While others just can't get enough of winter. And then there are others who love both. And luckily for all those there is the Hintertuxer glacier: Austria's only all-year round ski area with permanent powder snow guarantee.

Even the journey up to it on the legendary glacier bus number "3" provide unforgettable views. And it's no wonder – where else does a bus take you to 3,250 metres above sea-level? The sky is so close up here, all you have to do is stretch out your hand to touch it.
Others enjoy the panorama terrace, the cool snow park, the Tux Fernerhaus, the Sommerbergalm (summer Alpine pasture) or the unforgettable 12-kilometre-long descent back into the valley.
