The essentials in brief
Sauna & quiet zone
From 3:30 pm our sauna world is a strict quiet zone, reserved for adults (aged 15 and over). Between 2:30 and 3:30 pm is family time, when your children are welcome to join you in the sauna. More information directly at reception.
Cancellation terms
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
- Within the last week before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee
- On arrival day or for early departure: 100 % of the travel price
Payment options
We recommend payment by debit card or in cash. We also accept VISA and Euro/Mastercard.
Reservation & deposit
For a firm reservation we kindly ask for a deposit of € 350.00 to our account at Raiffeisenbank Tux. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply in their current version. A local tourist tax of € 2.60 per person and night is added to the room rate. Children are exempt until the end of the year in which they turn 15.
Pets
For hygiene reasons, pets are unfortunately not permitted in our house. Thank you for your understanding.
